With 30 years in the automotive industry, Nei Santa Bárbara is renowned for his deep understanding of dealership operations.
He holds a degree in Business Administration, with postgraduate studies in Process and Strategic Management, showcasing his commitment to mastering every aspect of automotive retail.
As an instructor at the Lean Dealers Academy, Nei reshapes management practices to prioritize customer value and deliver exceptional outcomes.


Sandro Bueno
With a Marketing degree and a Postgraduate degree in Business Management, specializing in Dealership Management, Sandro has over 18 years of automotive sector experience, marked by dedication and passion.
At Lean Dealers, he's led numerous transformations and serves as an Instructor at Lean Dealers Academy, sharing his expertise and delivering lectures on Management, Process Improvement, and Customer Success, among other topics.
Christian Gemoll
Chris has a wealth of experience in the auto industry, with 25 years under his belt. He has also specialised in Lean implementation, bringing his expertise to dealerships across more than 15 markets for the past 10 years.
He holds a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification and is a skilled lean coach, able to communicate in English, Spanish, and Swedish.
